I really enjoyed the success of the members lunch. I liked the gesture of “Thanks” from the committee who had obviously put a lot of thought into the day. It was a lovely touch to have those beautiful cards on the table. It made the lunch seem even more special. It has been a long time since I have been to a function and I was nicely surprised to see the numbers that attended and the effort of the committee who went to great lengths to make sure we all had a good time. No long speeches, lots of food, no raffles or auction, just being together, catching up and eating together. I enjoyed it all. Thank you, Guys.
